Stop Smoking with Hypnosis

 
There are so many ways to stop smoking. Patches, courses, sheer willpower, books. But how many of them get to the core of the problem? The real reason that you smoke.

You need to tackle the habit.

Hypnotherapy is a clever way to deal with that habit in a natural way.

50% of my clients come to me to help them stop smoking and I’ve seen literally thousands of people of all ages regain their health, wealth and well-being through this simple, gentle, yet highly effective technique.

You will attend for a one hour session where we work together to break the links between smoking and coffee, beer, stress and driving etc. Your thinking behind smoking is gently changed and your confidence, will power, resolve and patience needed will all be increased. When the session is finished you may feel nothing has happened, until you realise you no longer feel the need to smoke!

The smoking habit is a strong one and you will need backup. After the session you will be given a free Break the Smoking Habit’ CD. If you listen to this once a day for three weeks this will reinforce the work and suggestions done in the session. If you need a further session then one will be provided, free of charge, within 4 weeks of the first session.
