This visualisation creates a “computer of the mind”.

 

A simple way of accessing the inner mind and clearing files, folders and browser tabs to quieten thoughts, dissolve unneeded habits and unwanted tasks.


There is a 13 minute version for use seated during the day and a 30 minute version for use last thing at night in bed to help drift down into sleep.

 

Both versions have a gentle background music.
