Sleep - Letting Go

This meditation is focused on letting go of physical and mental tension by bringing awareness to different parts of the body and releasing them on the out breath. It starts with breathing and relaxing the body part by part, from the jaw to the shoulders, arms and hands, stomach, legs, feet, and finally the entire body and mind. The aim is to allow yourself to let go completely and drift into a deeper state of relaxation and sleep.
