This meditation involves imagining a calming color and visualizing it filling up the entire body, starting from the toes and moving upwards. The meditation invites the listener to feel the calming and relaxing sensation of the color as it spreads throughout the body, including the mind. The recording ends with the listener letting go completely and falling into a deep, peaceful sleep.
